Booking an event
We can cater most any event. Please use our 5 step guide for planning your event with Travis Culinary Arts.
Step 1: Decide on location... Would you like to utilize our fine dining room that seats up to 60, or just our catering services at your own location?
Step 2: Decide the date... Weekdays work best for us. For weekend dates, we require at least a 1 month notice and verification of availability.
Step 3: Decide on service style... Would you prefer buffet, served or family style?
Step 4: Menu... Your menu can be developed one of 4 ways.
a) You choose exactly what you would like and we make it for you!
b) You give us a price you are willing to spend per person and we will develop a menu around your price point
c) You give us some food or dietary guidelines and we develop around those.
d) If you're having a hard time developing a menu we have a list of possible dishes below!
Step 5: Go to the "Contact" link at the top of this page and shoot us an E-mail with some details about the event. Please include the date and location in your E-mail as well as what possible dishes you would like to be served!
If you are planning on dining with us, please read our terms of usage below. Please note that for all paying community members, full service includes cleaning and break-down, most terms are related to AISD personnel.
